Rise and Restore Yoga Class
In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Christy, owner of Mine Not Yours, is joining us at Ionic Salt Room on October 17th for Rise & Restore, a special afternoon of Yin Yoga + salt therapy centered around slowing down, breathing, and creating space for yourself.
These beginner-friendly sessions will incorporate meditation, relaxation, and gentle movement, with optional hands-on assists.
Your $30 ticket includes:
✨ MAT is provided
✨ 45-minute Yin Yoga + salt therapy session
✨ A drink
✨ Raffle prizes
Most importantly, a portion of the proceeds will be donated directly to the Rape Crisis Center in Plano, TX

Salt and Pilates
Salt + Pilates Class Join us with a morning of movement, connection, and relaxation. Join us for a unique Salt + Pilates experience designed to nourish both body and mind in a calming halo therapy environment. This special class includes 45 minutes of guided Pilates instruction led by Wendie, owner of Rosa Pilates, combined with halo (salt) therapy. Perfect for all levels, this class is a refreshing way to move, breathe, and treat yourself—or enjoy a wellness date with your best gal friends.
Salt and Story time
Bring your kids for story time while enjoying salt therapy. This is a 30 mins session of halo therapy while our owner, Hannah reads a book for you and your kiddos to enjoy. One parent and their kids 5 and under are welcome.
